Depending on your weekly schedule or availability, this routine might just be what you need! This full body routine hits all muscles within an hour or so. By performing these exercises 2-3 times per week, one is able to achieve outstanding results. Not everyone has the luxury to train 5-6 times per week, thats why I created this product! Requiring less days throughout the week, this simple, straight to the point workout will keep your muscles active & loose each week! This routine works best with having a local or commercial gym membership in order to perform most of the exercises on specific machines needed. Give it a try!
